Homes to be Delivered by the End of 2026 Stating that they introduced their fourth major project, Köksal said that the foundation of the first phase, consisting of 360 housing units, has been laid and will be delivered in December 2026. Köksal included the following statements in his speech: “The aim and goal here is to carry out this project so that our employees, our civil servants with fixed incomes, can become homeowners more easily during these times when our country is going through difficult economic times.” Our aim here is to pave the way and provide our members with the opportunity to become homeowners in a prosperous, peaceful, spacious, high-quality, and flexible manner with affordable payment terms, especially in the Ihlamurkent Vadişehir area, which is the newly growing face of the city. We are starting a project of 1000 housing units to enable everyone to become a homeowner. Köksal stated that being a "Health-Sen member or friend of Health-Sen" is sufficient for application. Köksal stated, “In a period where interest rates are so high, we are launching a 1000-unit housing project here to enable everyone to become a homeowner with affordable payment terms. Our foundations are already laid. We will complete the first phase by the end of 2026. The application requirements are simply being a member or friend of Sağlık-Sen (Health Workers' Union). After that, more detailed information will be provided directly at the sales office with our professional sales team. Prices are at a level accessible to civil servants, starting from 4 million [Turkish Lira] and going up to 8 million [Turkish Lira]. There are currently four different projects. We will collect down payments. For those who remain, we will hopefully provide loan opportunities under favorable conditions.” We are keeping the price fixed and offering 24-month installments. Ahmet Sivri, Chairman of the Board of Sivriler Construction, described the project, implemented in cooperation with Eskişehir Sağlık-Sen, as “a modern and safe living space befitting the city.” Sivri stated that prices would remain fixed in the project, with 40% of the cost payable upfront and the remaining 60% payable in 24 installments. Sivri said, “We take 40% upfront, and the remaining 60% is divided into 24 equal installments without any additional charges. Providing such convenience in today's conditions is significant. By joining forces with both Sağlık-Sen and Yıldız Grup, we will continue to create projects that add value to our city.” The first phase of the Rose Garden project will be delivered at the end of 2026. The project, comprising a total of 1000 residences, aims to become one of the new living spaces in the Ihlamurkent-Vadişehir region.
